The product characteristics

The amino silicone high-grade softener is a new generation of high-grade textile softening finishing agent, not only can endow fabric the remarkable effect of softness and smoothness, but also can give the fabric surface the feature of luster, elasticity, plump, anti-wrinkle, anti-fouling, wear-resisting and improving the sewing performance. It is widely used in the softening finishing of the natural fiber and the synthetic fiber.

1. It can make the fabric enjoying the good effect of softness and the smooth and plump feeling of touch and improve obviously the elasticity of the fabric;

2. Improve the stretching and the resilience of the shape of the fabric, enhance the tear strength of the fabric;

3. Improve clearly the sewability of the fabric;

4. Enhance the crease resistant, washing- resistance, dry cleaning-resistance of the physical quality.

5. Low yellowing characteristics.

The precautions:

1. The residual alkali of the textiles and the water pH will affect the overall effects. To wash before cleaning is required

2. The storage of the working solution diluted at room temperature should not exceed 48 hours

3. Avoid not to put the lotion directly into the device which is still running, causing the rapid adsorption to lead to piebald

4. When using the padding method, pay attention to cleaning at time the rolling groove and the rollers to avoid the dirty on canvas.

5. Although the amino silicone emulsion is compatible with the vast majority of organic softeners and other additives, but for the sake of security, we should test the ir compatibility and stability before mixed. It may be adversely affected under the extreme conditions

 

 

The product line:

The amino silicone softener is made by a particular process with a variety of aminosilane and emulsifiers emulsion. Currently, there are the double amino, the three amino, the amino-soluble, the amphoteric amino silane and the other monomers, and we can produce different productions of varieties and specifications to meet customer requirements and the specifications are: CJ-818, CJ-828, CJ-838, these series of amino silicone softener. The customers are satisfied with the excellent results.

 

Packaging and Storage:

1. The plastic barrel packaging of 50 kg or the plastic barrel packaging of 120 kg.

2. Airtight, placed at cool, the temperature of storage is 3-30 ℃.

3. Amino silicone is easy to be polluted by acids, alkalis and certain metal compounds, oxidants and so on, resulting in the deterioration of silicon, and the increase of the fluid viscosity or the gelation.
